Through this document, Self-Storage Costa del Sol represented by Luis Alberto Nieto Malgioglio with NIF 25.732.420C as company owner, presents its policies for the use of its services, which must be read and observed by each and every customer and visitor.
READ THESE USAGE POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE.
By using the Self-Storage Costa del Sol site, you accept these usage policies. If you do not accept such terms, do not use the Self-Storage Costa del Sol site.
Self-Storage Costa del Sol reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove parts of these terms at any time. The visitor must periodically review whether these terms have changed. Continued use of the Self-Storage Costa del Sol site after incorporating changes to these terms will imply acceptance of such changes.
Sales policy
Process:
Reservation:
The customer may reserve a storage unit for a maximum time of 2 days without making any prior payment, cancellation of the reservation does not entail any cost.
Contracting:
The moment the contract is formalized online, filling in all required data, attaching the identification document and making payment for the selected space and deposit, the contract will come into effect. To access the establishment it is necessary to go the first time during office hours, proving your identity document to configure access to the center by card or fingerprint.
Payments can be made through our virtual POS using Visa and MasterCard cards.
Return policy
Cancellations must be reported in writing, sending an email to info@selfstoragecostadelsol.com. Cancellations reported by any other means are not accepted. Said email must include all contracting data, including contract number, name, surnames and customer ID, date and contact details.
Once the contract is formalized, the customer can terminate the contracted service at any time.
In the case of termination or cancellation before finishing the contracted period, the entire deposit and the proportional amount of the unused period will be returned, deducting 20% of said period for administration and management expenses.
Change policy
If the contracted space does not suit your needs, you may change the contracted space without any penalty, only the difference amount will be paid when choosing a larger size, or the difference will be credited when changing to a smaller size, provided there is availability. To make the change you must notify by email to info@selfstoragecostadelsol.com or personally at the office.
Cancellation policy
Self-Storage Costa del Sol reserves the right to cancel a contract in case of lack of availability or technical failure. In these cases, payments received from customers will be fully refunded without express possibility of any other type of compensation.
